Who do you work with?
Ukrainian defence and dual-use manufacturers who want to sell to, partner with or raise money from Western organisations. That includes system integrators, component suppliers and software companies.
Do you only work in English?
We write in English for Western readers and provide an aligned Ukrainian version of every document, so your team can check every claim.
Is this just translation?
No. Translation changes the language. We change the structure, add the evidence buyers look for and rewrite for a specific reader. Most materials we review need all three.
Do you design the documents too?
Yes. Every Export Pack includes a consistent layout across all documents, using your existing brand or a refreshed one.
Can you help us sell to buyers directly?
We prepare the materials that make sales conversations possible. We do not act as your sales agent or broker, and we do not negotiate contracts on your behalf.
Pricing and process
Is the teardown really free?
Yes. It’s a real written review with a sample rewrite, and there’s no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
How much does an Export Pack cost?
It depends on how many products and documents are involved. We quote one fixed price for the whole pack after the teardown, once we know what you already have.
How long does it take?
A teardown takes 5 working days. An Export Pack for one product line typically takes 3 to 4 weeks, depending on how quickly your team can review drafts.
How many revisions do we get?
Two review rounds on every document are included. Further changes can be quoted separately.
How do we pay?
We invoice 50% when the project starts and 50% on delivery, in US dollars, euros or hryvnia.
Confidentiality and compliance
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes, as standard. We can sign yours or provide ours before you send anything.
What shouldn’t we send you?
Anything classified, or anything your export control authority has not cleared for release. If you’re unsure, ask us first. See confidentiality and security.
Are you subject to export controls?
The information in defence materials can be. You remain responsible for confirming what can be released, and we build that check into every project. See compliance and export controls.
Will you name us as a client?
Only with your written permission.
Investors
Do you arrange investments?
No. We prepare materials and make introductions. Where a transaction requires regulated activity, it is carried out by an appropriately authorised firm.
Do you charge a success fee?
Our investor readiness and outreach work is charged as a fixed fee.
